
About Bank of India Mutual Fund
Bank of India Mutual Fund is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of India, a leading public sector bank in India. The AMC was originally launched as Bharti AXA Mutual Fund in 2008. In 2012, Bank of India acquired a 51% stake, marking its entry into the mutual fund space. Nearly a decade later, in 2021, it acquired the remaining 49% stake, becoming the sole owner. Following this, the fund house was rebranded as Bank of India Mutual Fund, bringing it fully under the BOI brand. As of March 31, 2026, it manages assets worth ₹14,171 crore.
